Rates and Bookings



 
The Ox Ridge property is available as a weekly rental on a year round basis.  Rates and current summer availability is provided below.  Summer rates are normally higher than winter rates.  Summer rental periods run Friday thru Friday, with check-in at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM.  In addition to the standard weekly rentals, we can also prorate 3-4 day vacations based on availability.

Please take a few minutes to read the Property Rental Agreement and Boat Rental Agreement which must be signed and sent to us when booking a rental.  It is available as a PDF file via the links here.
