Rates and Bookings

The Ox View and Ox Ridge properties are available as weekly rentals on a year round basis. Rates and current summer availability are provided below for each property. Summer rates are normally higher than winter rates. Summer rental periods run Friday thru Friday, with check-in at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. In addition to the standard weekly rentals, we can also prorate 3-4 day vacations based on availability.
